TeraBox Link Opener

Why open a link before downloading

• Check what it is. A link in a group chat could be a 2GB video or a small PDF. See the name and size first.
• Avoid surprises. If a "video" share contains .apk or .exe files, don't download them.
• Save data. Only download the file you need from a big folder.
• Skip the app. No install, no login, no permission prompts.

What you see after opening

For each file, the opener shows the name, file type, size and, for videos and photos, a thumbnail. From there you can stream videos with the TeraBox player online, download single files, or move on if the share isn't what you expected.

Links that open the app instead

If tapping a TeraBox link in WhatsApp or Telegram opens the TeraBox app or app store, long-press the link instead and choose Copy. Then paste it here. This keeps you in the browser.

Opening links on any device

The opener works in any browser: Chrome and Samsung Internet on Android, Safari on iPhone and iPad, and any desktop browser on Windows, Mac and Linux. It also works on many smart TV browsers.

When a link won't open

• "Share doesn't exist": deleted or expired. See TeraBox link expired.
• Asks for a code: the owner set a password.

Opening links from WhatsApp, Telegram and email

• WhatsApp: long-press the message, tap Copy, then paste it here. On iPhone, tap and hold the link itself and choose Copy Link.
• Telegram: long-press the link and choose Copy. Turning off Telegram's in-app browser in its settings also helps.
• Email: right-click (or long-press) the link and choose Copy link address. Check that the domain is a real TeraBox domain before trusting it.
• Websites: copy the link from the page, but watch out for fake "download" buttons that lead elsewhere.

Opener for people who never use TeraBox

Many people receive TeraBox links but don't use TeraBox themselves. They just want to see a file a friend sent. For them, installing a cloud storage app and creating an account just to open one link is too much. The opener gives them the files in their browser in seconds, and they can forget about it afterwards.
