This TeraBox video downloader saves the original file, exactly as it was uploaded. There's no re-encoding, no watermark and no quality loss. If the uploader shared a 1080p MP4, you get that 1080p MP4. For a broader walkthrough of saving videos without the official app, see download TeraBox videos without the app.

Original quality, not a re-encode

Many video downloaders for other sites convert files to lower quality to save their own bandwidth. This tool doesn't. It gives you the same download TeraBox itself would offer, so the resolution, bitrate, subtitles inside the file and audio tracks stay the same. File size stays the same too, so check your free storage before saving long videos.

Downloading big videos

TeraBox is often used for big files: full lectures, event recordings and long home videos. For files over 1GB:

Video formats you may get

Most TeraBox videos are MP4, which plays everywhere. Some are MKV, MOV, AVI or WebM. If your phone's gallery doesn't open the file, install VLC, which plays almost every format. To convert, use the steps on our TeraBox to MP4 page.

Several videos in one link

If the link is a folder, you'll see every video in a list with its size. Download only the ones you need. For big collections, the TeraBox folder downloader page has tips for saving many files in order.

Downloader vs player

Not sure you need the file? Try the TeraBox player online first. Stream the start of the video, check it's the right one, then come back and download. You'll save storage and data.

Check the video before saving

The thumbnail and file size give useful hints. A 90-minute video that's only 50MB is probably very low quality. A 10-second clip that's 1GB may not be a video at all. If something looks wrong, stream the first few seconds with the player before you commit to a long download.

Downloading on a slow connection

On slow or unstable connections, large downloads can fail near the end. To reduce the risk, download at night or at quieter hours, keep the device plugged in, and turn off battery saver, which can stop downloads in the background. On a computer, the browser can often resume a failed download from the Downloads page. Click Resume instead of starting again. If it can't resume, paste the link again to get a fresh download address.

Keep your library tidy

Rename downloaded videos with a clear name and date, and sort them into folders by topic. It's much easier than searching through a Downloads folder full of random file names later.
